Local vendors of encased meats and festgoers kicked off the first SausageFest Chicago in the shadows of Wrigley Field. The "Sausage King of Chicago" was crowned at the kickoff, and bands Model Stranger and Josh & The Empty Pockets entertained crowds before afternoon showers rolled in.
